LEDLuxor™ Quality Assurance Guarantee & 24 Months Warranty Policy

You will be 100% satisfied with our products, and we are convinced that LEDLuxor™ lighting products meet the highest quality standards of today's LED lighting market. Quality management is strictly implemented and we take great pride in integrating quality control into our production and manufacturing processes.

Therefore we offer the following warranty policy and quality guaranteed for the LED lighting products that you purchase from LEDLuxor™ or an authorized 1st tyre reseller or sales representative: 

All LEDLuxor™ lighting products are covered by a 24 months manufacturer warranty and quality guarantee unless otherwise stated in writing with the corresponding product information.

LED Quality Assurance GuaranteeAs a result of our continuous efforts to improve quality management, less than 1% of all wholesale orders with LEDLuxor™ are subject to warranty related returns, and because of this all our LED lighting products are covered by a 24 months quality guarantee unless otherwise stated.

In the unlikely event that one of our products should prove to be not working correctly all you need is to return the product to us according to our terms of service and the LEDLuxor™ warranty and return policy, and we will gladly repair and return your products or refund your money as a quick solution to help you regain your confidence in the quality our products and services as early as possible and in order to solve the issue to your content.

In case you experience any issues with one of your LEDLuxor™ LED light bulbs, please do contact us first and we will do our best to advise you and find a solution. Any returns must be discussed with your LEDLuxor™ Customer Support in advance, and authorized by your account manager so they are sent with the correct paperwork. We can only accept returns with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number.

To receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number all you need to do is to fill out our RMA form or contact your LEDLuxor™ account manager who will be glad help you out with more information and detailed instructions on how to easily return your products to us for further inspection.

LEDLuxor™ will not accept responsibility for products, which, in its opinion, have been the subject of undue wear and tear, accident, misuse, improper application or other neglectful handling of the products. Note also that special product customization such as e.g logo printings for custom OEM productions are subject to a normal ware-off and are therefore not covered by this manufacturers warranty.

In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair or refund under the 24 months manufacturer warranty, additional occurring shipping costs caused by returning the products to LEDLuxor™ are payable by the buyer and shall not be compensated by LEDLuxor™ or its sales representatives.
